One can request a special order from Cartier on new pieces (although that can be a long and costly process), but Cartier will not add diamonds or modify an item that you already own.

You could always find a trusted jeweler somewhere to add diamonds, however that would actually reduce the value of the piece. Good luck with whatever you decide.
