I am looking to order a graduation gift online for someone, does Cartier provide gift receipts online so that they can exchange if the sizing is wrong? I have never ordered online before.

You did not indicate where you live. In most countries you can exchange - even for cash. However, not sure if sbd can do it on your behalf.
