Cartier customer profiles linked globally?

Hi everyone! Do you know if your customer profile at Cartier is linked globally? I purchased my love ring from the Hong Kong airport before COVID and will now be visiting the boutique in the Bahamas. Will the boutique be able to see my profile? Just want to check since it’d be nice if everything is linked

They told me in the US that my watch which was purchased outside of the country was not in their system. They still recognized it as a Cartier piece and offered to service it when needed.

Depends on where the Bahamas system is linked to. Cartier US is separate from others. But maybe Hong Kong/Bahamas are shared?

This makes me curious! I have three pieces, and they all were bought in different countries!

I think it’s country specific. I have brought in U.K. and Germany and they have asked for my details even though I’ve shopped in a different country several times before
