Cartier Cufflinks

Does anyone have any experience with Cartier cufflinks? I'm looking at these to give as a gift. I'm wondering how well the silver with palladium finish holds up over time. Does it tarnish? Do their cufflinks come with a cleaning kit and travel pouch like their jewelry does?

My DH has these, though he only wears them once in a while. It's been 6+ years and they've yet to tarnish. I'm guessing it may be due to the palladium finish? I've read that palladium is very hard to tarnish. IIRC, we only received the box and packaging...no cleaning kit or travel pouch. Here they are...
