My SA sent me a instructional video on how to do it via text. If you call the boutique they should be able to do the same for you

Lucky that you have found it. I've lost my bracelet 1 month after getting it and it has not been found.

Today I went for a cord change as I wanted a blue cord. This time around, the SA left a bit of the cord sticking out at the ends, instead of tucking it into the knot fully. I think this way it’s less likely to undo by itself and may be more durable
