Travel Cartagena for New Years... Any Suggestions?

I tried doing a search and couldn't find anything about it. I am thinking of going to Cartagena for New Years. Just started looking in to it. Is it a good place to celebrate the New Year? Is four days enough? I've been wanting to go for a while but I'm not sure if it's a good time to go. Thanks!

Spain or Columbia?
Columbia is wayyyyy fun - and there are a ton of parties.
I stayed before at Sofitel Legend and it was a blast!
