Carrie's white dress in SATC Movie

I know it's old...but has anyone ID'd the dress Carrie was wearing at the end of the movie (when Charlotte's daughter is born and when Carrie finally sees Big again for the first time)? I know I won't be able to get the exact dress, but if anyone knows of one similar, I'd really appreciate it! TIA

the dress: Nina Ricci - pale green slip dress
jacket: vintage Givenchy jacket that was deconstructed and put together with a leather Members Only motorcycle jacket aka ONLY ONE!
