Michael Kors Caring for your MK bags...

So I've had my beloved Hamilton for nearly a month now and the more I know her the more I love her. I want us to be friends for a very long time!

I just wanted to know how you care for your MK bags? I live in Scotland and as you can imagine the weather is very temperamental! I want to do my best to protect my bag against the elements especially that famous Scottish rain!

Any hints or tips would be really appreciated.

I'm use the Michael Kors rain and stain repellent and leather cleaner and conditioner on my leather bags. No issues so far, but I am careful with my bags

I've been having the handles on one of my tote bags squeak when I walk around. Should I get conditioner for it?

Aww how cute, I have named my Jet Set Tote Monique to care for her I just store her in her dustbag after use and make sure that when I'm carrying her I don't scuff her against anything. In terms of weather, I live in London and its always raining but because my tote is Saffiano leather she kind of takes care of herself, for the Hamilton tote I would suggest buying the protective spray from the store and spraying that on before you go out.

Hello,
I got the Selma Medium messenger bag in optic white. Which I really wanted!!
I have not worn it yet because I want to make sure I protect it with a rain & stain repellent. Do any of you have any advice on a repellent other than the Michael Kors one? Like maybe the "meltonian leather protector"??? This is Saffiano Leather we are talking about and neither the Michael Kors or any other state its fine to use on this type of leather.
I can't wait to wear my Selma! but there is no way I will until I protect it first! Especially it being white!
What do you use to protect and clean your Saffiano Leather handbags?
Any ideas? advice? help?
