Care & maintenance of Celine Triomphe bag

When you received your Celine triomphe bag (in shiny calfskin) did you get a soft cloth to help clean it routinely? I didn’t get anything and I ordered it online.
What do you do to keep your triomphe in pristine condition and wipe away/ buff out any scratches or fingerprint smudges- which I know this bag is prone to showing. Thanks in advance

I own the triomphe in black. Mine didn’t come with a cloth but I did get a bunch of smudges after one night of use. I couldn’t find anything about how to care for it except one YouTube showing use of a microfiber cloth and warm water.

Simply drizzle a slight amount of water onto the smudge area(s) and use a good microfiber cloth (I used a really good microfiber eyeglass cloth) to wipe up the water and the smudges do disappear. I was so relieved!

I was told by the Celine sales rep to use coach cleaner with a microfiber cloth as needed. We can use the coach brand conditioner as well.

Careful with the coach cleaner. Many other brand reps have told me to stay away from it.

Has anyone gotten hand sanitizer or alcohol on the smooth leather? I saw somewhere that it can damage the leather.

Alcohol can be damaging to the leather. I haven’t personally had it happen on my triomphe but if it does dry/wipe up the sanitizer/alcohol immediately.

Maybe someone can recommend a good conditioner that would also help? Someone said Coach brand but then someone else said not that one.

Oh no. I’m debating to get the teen triomphe bag in bronze too. Can you elaborate more about the stains the bag pick up? I dont want to spend so much on a bag I have to baby.

When did you buy your bag? I just bought a Teen Triomphe bag and the Sales Associate told me that they can do a one time spa for free. He even said that I can do whatever I want with my bag and when I'm ready to get it cleaned, it can be done anywhere worldwide for free but only for one time!

This was the one bag I regret buying. The stain has not come out. I’ve gotten a quote from a third party to clean for $600 but no guarantee which makes me iffy.

Can I ask what color is your bag? I ordered the bronze color but from what I heard from amary18 experience, I’m thinking about returning it and get a different color like black or something darker.
