Care for Ergo bag

I just bought the large Ergo in turquoise on Ebay, and it has a small stain on it. Does anyone know/remember if you can clean Ergo leather with Coach leather cleaner? Or if not any other options? Thanks!

I have a vintage leather ergo bag and the coach care card that came with says NOT to use coach leather cleaner. I have been told that apple cleaner/conditioner works well on ergo leather but I haven't tried it yet.

where is the stain? and what type is it?

Stain is right in front. Very small, but noticeable. Like a faded magic marker almost.
