Card holder or wallet?

I’m torn between either the Chanel card holder or the Louis Vuitton Clemence wallet. While both are obviously very different styles, I’m just unsure of which to choose. Both are lovely, however I am not sure which would be more functional. I’m afraid the Clemence would be too big and bulky or the Chanel would be too small. I do have a Louis Vuitton cles which is great, but it is getting old and am looking for something new. I attached pics below. Thanks!

You could maybe consider a small sized wallet or another style of card case, then that's the best of both worlds.

I had a card holder but wanted more slots for cards (I rarely carry cash), and found myself never using my large Kate Spade wallet anymore, so I opted for this Gucci supreme bees card case. It's mid sized, lots of card slots and space for coins or cash for the odd time I carry cash.

I have this Chanel cardholder. I bought it because I used to have a long Gucci wallet that I always had to swap my cards out of when going out and using small bags. While it is gorgeous and a classic I don't find myself using it that much. I was worried about stuffing it full of cards and stretching the leather so instead bought the Gucci card holder in hibiscus red. I LOVE it - it holds at least 8 cards, has space for notes ( although I don't usually carry cash) and a small coin compartment. Maybe have a look online and see if something like this would serve your needs?

Which one do you really need? Do you love the one you need? If you don't need either one, or you don't love the one you need, skip and find something that you can't live without because you love&need.

If I were you i'd pic something "in between" the tho sizes! I would personally go for a cardholder, as I like to not have to switch wallet when I switch bag, and all my bags would not fit a large wallet, but I would definitely try to find a card holder with at least 4 slots...
