Does anyone know if this can be repaired? It’s on my neverfull. It looks like I scratched it somehow. The lines aren’t really white, they’re more of a different color brown. Maybe leather conditioner?

I had scuffed my LV Hands NF similar to that. I tried to use a moisturizer to buff it away, it didn’t really work to me satisfaction tho’. I had taken it back to my free standing LV location and a sales associate had polished the scratch about 80-90% away. Sadly, i didn’t watch to see what he did. Equally sad is that I will only take out my LV Hands NF sparingly now. GL
It is just plastic, so a leather conditioner won't work. I'd just clean it well with a baby wipe and continue using it.
