cant do watermarking....

I have Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0. i cant seem to find out how to watermark my pics w/ that photo ediitor. when i go to file to get a new file like Vlad said to do, it is not there. what should i do?

There is a program called the watermark factory that you can download just for watermarking your pics. Photoshop I just dont understand it.

I have photoshop but don't know what Album Starter is{?}
In my PHotoshop, you open a photo to edit, click on the cursor tool in the toolbox and type on your photo.
