Can't decide which right hand ring...

Ok, so I confess, when Prince William and Kate Middleton announced their engagement, I became a bit obsessed with sapphire rings. I am a modest dresser...I try to buy good quality items but nothing too blingy (just makes me uncomfortable.) I also like the idea of a vintage ring or one with a vintage look. With that said, I cannot decide between these four rings to wear on my right hand:

1. This one is 8x8 mm blue topaz with 38 diamonds, .2 tdw

2. This one is 1.25 ct sapphire with 28 diamonds, 1 ct tdw

3. this one is 1 ct sapphire with 12 diamonds, .1 ct tdw

4. this one is .5 ct sapphire with .3 ct tdw

Which one do you like the best?

No, it's actually a blue topaz.. I love the color.

Hmm, this is going to be a tough decision... Everytime I think I have decided, I start making a case for why I like the other rings in my head.

I tried on other rings I own to get an idea of what size stone I want. So now I need to compare my measurements to the rings I am looking at to see which is most comparable.
