My husband and I decided to upgrade my ring. I thought I knew what I wanted but now I have no idea. Originally I picked out an T&Co Embrace that was 1.91 carats 6 years ago but it was a whooping $80K! We didn't have that kind of money at the time and he purchased the Embrace but a smaller version at .73 carats. Needless to say, that first ring has never left my head but I can't justify 80K. I realize their our other embraces that are less expensive but, I never see any 2 ct embraces in the store. I'm torn between hunting that down, the tiffany setting or the Tiffany Soleste. Thoughts? TIA!

If you love the embrace, stick with it. I checked the Tiffany site and the 2 carat is around $43K, obviously it is an I color. If you are willing to go down in color and clarity, you may have a 2 carat.

I personally own the classic 6 prong and I absolutely love it, I can pair it with so many bands. If I could get another ring for my right hand down the road, I would pick a 1.5c emerald Soleste.

I myself love all 3 as well! [emoji846] you can easily get a 2 carat classic Tiffany setting with enough left over for a one carat soleste for your right hand. Otherwise I would track down that embrace.

Here is my 2.11ct Soleste Tiffany ring that purchased a few months ago, color H,Clarify VS2, 3EX, no fluorescence. The side stones are 0.42ct, so total is 2.53ct Tiffany ring. The setting of Soleste will give your more bigger center stone feel as well.

Omg that ring is gorgeous! My mom has a H vvs1 3.05 ct and got it as an anniversary gift. She has the classic 6 prong Tiffany setting. I know this is unpopular but it is soooo boring. The soleste looks a lot more like my engagement ring but I didn't get it from Tiffany. Just got engaged in February. One thing about having a halo like mine is that unless your center stone is huge the brilliance is undermined
