Can't decide....please help a lady out

I'm having the hardest time deciding if I should get the Onthego MM noir empreinte tote OR the MM empreinte V tote. The Neverfull hurts my shoulder and so I found it a new home. I still need a tote, but the Onthego is plain. I find the V tote is soooo elegant, but think it's more of a satchel than a tote. I am limiting myself to one and want to get some opinions. WWYD? TIA!

On the go!! It’s is so elegant in the empriente but the clean lines of the shape make it beautifully minimalist. The V tote reminds me so much of my Pallas (which I love), but it’s a bit dressed up for a daily tote. Let us know what you ultimately decide!

If you need a functional tote i'd buy a longchamp neo le pliage and see does that meet your needs(fantastic bag) then i'd save your $$$ for something you really fall in love with. Keep the cash in a "handbag" account until you see a bag you cant stop thinking about and need/want ;-)

I dont own an OnTheGo it does look beautiful but when loaded up i would still feel it might be similar to the neverfull and be a bit cumbersome due to boxy shape.

How do you plan to use it and what bags do you already have? The biggest difference between these two bags for me is the zipper vs no zipper. I personally LOVE the look of the OTG, but if I was looking for a bag that I wanted to use while traveling, I'd probably like the V tote better since it has more security.

I got back from the LV store today. They didnt have the V tote and I couldn't order it, so I got the OTG. I also ordered a charm. So im set.
