What do you guys think of these two? $45 price difference between the two which isn't much. Bummed the PCE code doesn't work on Parkers, otherwise I would just get both!

Ooh, that's a tough one! I'd go for the one with gray, suede, and gunmetal if you're planning to use it as an everyday bag. But if your looking for something more as a night out bag, the black with gold hardware is so classic/classy, and the rivets give it a cool edge.

I would worry about the gray suede getting dirtier than the grey leather and looking a little dingy. My pet peeve with mixed material bags is when colors that are supposed to match don't. I'm not sure how easy to clean a mixed material bag would be.

I think the black will be an overall more versatile purchase and will wear better in the long run. But I already have 6 black and gold/brass bags so I might be a little biased :P (3 of which are Coach with nearly the same design of the turnlock and flap )

I like the grey, but the suede might make me reconsider. I prefer silver over gold. If the black came with silver hardware, I would probably pick that one. Which shade do you prefer?

Is that really suede though? I zoomed in and it just kind of looks like distressed leather? But if it is indeed suede that will probably make my decision a lot easier and go for the rivets.

I'm not convinced that dark patch is suede. I zoomed in and it looks like leather to me.

Normally I kind of like gunmetal hardware over the brass, but I also like the contrast of the brass and black. But I agree if the black rivets came in silver HW I might prefer that as well. I'm pretty torn between the two on this one!

Oh I just looked again. I think you're right it might be some sort of metallic leather maybe? Description says calf leather.
