Canevas issue help highly needed

Hi everyone,

i was wearing my bag today and I noticed a big stain on the canevas. I have no idea what dropped on but it seems like it has litterally eaten the canevas wax. I tried to clean with a baby wipes and it remains the same. Any idea of what I can do? A product? Repair from LV? Any advices would be highly appreciated. Of course the stain is at the most visible part of the bag

That looks like the dreaded hand sanitizer stain. I'm no help, but you can try doing a search on here with "hand sanitizer" and see if anyone had tips.

I remember reading in another thread where someone else had the hand sanitizer stain and tried some coconut oil and it moisturized it away.

There are a few suggestions on here already. From recollection, one is to use coconut oil I think? To be honest, I’m not entirely sure that there’s a lot which can be done to remedy it.

Gosh, everytime I see photos of hand sanitizer stains, I freeze. Ok, a little over dramatic, but still. Best of luck!
