Opps, guess not. It's an Ottawa chain. :shame: They carry more prestigious brands than Birks, but they are not as big...

I just went engagement ring hunting and went to Birks... I am not familiar with Jubilee... I know that Birks pays close attention to quality with their diamonds... I would suggest Birks...

kind of off topic, I'm at work and I look over at my Canadian Jeweller magazine and the owner of Jubilee is on the cover! I hear Jubilee is a good store, but for my own convenience I would want to deal with Birks
