Can you identify this mark

I received my new coach purse today but am bothered by two marks on it. I wouldn’t call them scratches. But I don’t know what to call it or how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Odd. I’m not really sure! Discoloration is how I might describe it. Or a stain? Is this a new purchase? I might ask a CS at Coach if I were you.

Looks like little scuffs to me. Thinking a conditioner may help but I'm no leather guru.

Yes it’s brand new. I took it out of the shipping box and saw it. Not quite a scratch. Like a drag mark, where something might’ve almost scratched it.

Looks like scuffs to me. You can either ignore them and wear your bag (they don't look that noticeable) or send it back and get a new one!

It looks to me like stains of some sort. I would send it back.

I bought a duffle in the same color and flax. When I opened each one Coach had shipped them with the strap stuck to the side and left the smiley shapes on the bag. When I moved the strap since it was stuck it pulled off some of the color. I sent both back.
