Can you identify these boots?

Its about that time, fall is coming up and I need some new boots. I have seen kim wearing these awhile back and I must have them! they are so cute.

I suspect they could be Jimmy Choo, but I want to make sure for certain. What are they? do you know the brand name? size of the heel? still available? what do you think of them anyway?

I like them, but personally think they should be worn with pants--the shaft goes a little too high to wear with anything else (something I don't like with ANY kind of boot). But that's just my opinion!
