I believe those are her own brand, either "Rock or Republic" or "DVB"? This is the best way to promote her own brand.

They are not exactly the same (no paint stains, etc.) but I think the style is similar.

Just wanted to add that apparently, the jeans she has on in the pic you posted, are from her 2009 collection so they are not out just yet.

Those jeans are from her new collection from her dVb line and they just hit stores there about a week ago. I tried them on last Saturday and they are fab but didn't get them, think I might wait a while

They are pretty cool too, love the fact that they are flared and the paint stains are all over the jeans, even on the back pockets, it looks good
