Can you help me ID this bag?

A friend of mine is selling this bag but I have never seen it before nor could I find it in the reference area. Can you tell me what it's called and how much it retails for? Thanks!

This is the original small bowler style (no longer avail.) there's a newer version now, I believe that one retail for $895- back in 2003 ( used to have one but sold it long ago)
