Can you fix cracks/tears or rips on LV canvas

They won't repair it either, because by doing new stitches, they can't guarantee that it won't make it crack even more.

my boutique said the same thing. even though they say not to use anything on the canvas, a conditioner does help, in my opinion!

I posted this in another thread, but my MC Speedy cracked a bit and my SA saw it and asked me to bring it back in another day by itself. So I did, and she rang and left a message that they will replace my 3 year-old speedy with a brand-new one. I was really surprised cos I didn't expect that. Felt a bit embarrassed about accepting the new bag too.

oh im sorry this happened! maybe you can glue it... or take it to a shoe repair shop? this will destroy the lv warranty, and lv wont touch it, but they may be able to fix it!
