Since the metal rod in is bent, bending it back won't help, it'll only further compromise the shoe. A good shoe cobbler can fully replace the heels, for 60$-100$. (You'll have to get both done, even if it is only bent on one shoe.)
S/He will have to cut the tan outersole where it meets the heel. Also be clear about an exact replacement else the heel may/may not be the same and your current patent heel, height and material-wise.
