Hello i'm new at TPF. I'm going to Washington DC & Los Angeles this September for work can i have a TAX refund? Im thinking of buying the classic M/L? Will it still be at $4400? Where is best to buy the bag, in UK or USA? Since i'm a tourist i can get 10% VAT refund in the UK. Thanks in advanced foy your help.
