Hi there! I just bought a preloved hammock bag and when I googled the serial number I found another hammock bag that was on sale online on Saks Off Fifth. I'm just curious whether the serial numbers are unique or if its possible to have duplicates

Where did you find the serial number of the bag you received? Just want to make sure you aren't looking at the SKU or Style Number in the online listings because I don't see the actual serial number listed in the Saks Off Fifth listings for the 3 Loewe Hammock bags they are currently selling, just the SKU and Style Code.
Not sure, but if this Closet Full of Cash site is correct, then I'd imagine multiple artisans would make a large number of bags every season. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find another site to corroborate this info.
