Can Tiffany shorten a bracelet ?

It's free for the first 2 months I believe, after that it depends on the bracelet but yes they will charge a fee. Unless you are a really big spender and a nice SA that can waive it for you ;p

I had an SA try to charge me a fee for lengthening a necklace and when I seemed really conflicted about it (more about the lengthening, not the payment) he said "If it really bothers you, we won't charge you." So I think there is some leeway. But FWIW the necklace was $1k-ish and gold.

So I just asked a SA by phone and she said 55€ to shorten a silver bracelet

Yes, I think they can. I had a charm bracelet shortened on the day I purchased but it was many years ago.

I’ve had five DBTY bracelets shortened over the years and I didn’t get charged. They are in platinum and RG.
