Can someone ID these spots on my patent Ted Baker wallet?

They're a little faint but it's the little grey "bubbles" above and below the zipper on the right side. I've taken really good care of this wallet so I don't understand what these are and how to remove them. Any advice?

Hi, I can't see the pics but I know for example LV Vernis is sensitive to transfer from receipts or newspapers. A pic would be great though.
