Hi all,

I'm a newbie and have just purchased my first Edith on e-bay. It was a last minute decision with only 2 pictures to go on and no time to ask for help in authenticating it so I'm hoping one of the other 18/19 bidders knew something I didn't and that I've been lucky this time :smile:

My question is in relation to this bag though, "the one that got away", I LOVE the look, shape and size.

Any ideas?

Appledrop2007 - Hi there - this is an Elvire bag. I wonder - is it possible for you to take some photos of this bag once its in your possession? If you can - and then post them on the Authenticate This Chloe Thread. -

Would like to see the inner 'Chloe' heatstamp taken straight on not angled (it looks deep in the listing photos). Also any further 'Chloe' heatstamps on the bag. I'd also like to see the front of the circular hangtag (font looks a little faint on the photo), and the reverse, showing barcoding/colour information. I'd just like to double check this one for you - as the Elvire has been faked. This one looks ok - but its always good to double check the detailing.

They must have started this policy last Christmas. My DH bought me a pair of Manolo's in my size which were a half size too small and paid cash:nuts:(no one uses cash it messes with world order:lol:). I took them back to get another pair (in store) and they did not have my size. The SA told me they couldn't order them without a NM card.
I should cave and get one but it really doesn't make any sense:shrugs:

I didn't actually buy the Elvire but will be keeping my eye out as I love it! I'm waiting for an Edith in the post at the moment and will try my best to take photos and upload them on the "Authenticate this" thread!
