Hello All,

In the last week, I have gotten offers from a couple of sellers whose auctions I have on my watch list. I am wondering if sellers can now view who the actual ebayers are that are watching their auctions. Anyone else getting these offers from sellers?

Hi!
I'm coming from the seller's perspective, and I can tell you what happens for me. When I have people watching a listing for a certain amount of time (not quite sure how long that is) I get a message from Ebay on my active listings page saying "Send offer Get it sold by sending an offer to buyers interested in your item".
I can then send an offer to only the watchers Ebay allows me to, but I can't see who they are. These are probably the offers you're receiving. Hope this helps!

No, sellers don't know the actual IDs of watchers but they do know how many watchers there are.

And they have the option of sending an offer to watchers, again, not knowing who will get the offer; just that it's someone who has it on their watchlist.

ETA: The following is what a seller sees when they have watchers. (THey can choose to ignore it.)Screen Shot 2019-03-21 at 5.50.25 PM.png
