Can Red Glazing on Speedy Handles be fixed?

I am looking at purchasing this purse, my ultimate holy grail.

It is a great price and everything looks great, except the glazing on one of the handles is peeling off. The other handle looks okay.

Is this something that can be fixed? How much would it cost if LV will do it?

You can take your bag to the closest store and they will quote you the price for reglazing the handles. It should be fairly inexpensive.
