  1. Hi - I bought my wallet in 2008 and my husband bought me the Neverfull in Paris on our honeymoon in 2010. A piece of my wallet seems to have been removed. And on my purse, I have been noticing the handles look terrible and cracks are around the top of the bag.

Can these be fixed or am I out of luck?

  2. They can be fixed. The wallet needs to be reglazed. The Neverfull probably needs new handles and new trim. I've not had it done yet but my Neverfull has the same issue with the trim. Take it into the boutique and see what they say.
  3. As stated above, the wallet can be reglazed (that's totally normal). The leather trim on the bag can be changed. Take your items to a store.
  4. Great! Thank you guys so much!
  5. Hi ladymay, I was wondering if you will be able to post up your repair cost if you decided to get it fix in the store! thanks!!
  6. Hi! I went today to find out and it will cost $180 to fix the straps and the trim would be $60. They also said it would take 4-6 weeks.
