Can LV world tour stickers be removed?

Wondering if it's possible to remove the world tour stickers from the bag, maybe using acetone? Or are they permanent? Also curious if they peel off over time. Considering a second hand purchase.

they are permanent and i would not recommend trying to taking them off with a solvent like acetone.
