No.... unless you're the bride, don't wear white to a wedding

errhhh... no way! It's not acceptable to wear white in my book. A coloured belt will not make it "more" acceptable.
White is really meant for the "bride" to wear on her special day, IMO
so I would have to say no to your choice of dress

Nope.. it's white. Doesn't matter in my opinion if you pair It with a red belt.. it's still a white dress and a major no no
Whenever there's a post about wearing white to a wedding, I always post the same story:
One of my friends wore a dress that had a white top and a polka dot bottom to a wedding. In all of the seated pics (i.e. at a table), she looked like she was wearing white. Even though just the top of her dress was white from the waist up, it was a no-no.
