Michael Kors Can I wear suede still in the spring & summer?? :)

Look what I found half price at Marshall's (yay!) So pretty but I still can't decide whether or not to keep it! I adore this light tan (camel) suede studded satchel but it will be a spring & summer bag for me. Can I do that?? Or is suede still a winter only fabric? (Sorry for the bad photos!) Decisions decisions....

I have no idea but this is a great question. I like the suede in orange that has the same brown as this one and was asking myself the same thiing!!

I don't follow any fashion "rules". I think if you love a purse and want to wear it, then you should do it whatever time of year you please.

I think that it is perfectly fire to wear suede in the summer. Especially in the camel colour. If you love the bag then definitely wear it whenever your heart desires.

I'm actually more comfortable wearing suede in the warmer months as I'm less likely to ruin it in bad weather conditions. Whether or not it's in the fashion rules, I'm not sure, but I say go for it -- especially in that color!

I think that color is so neutral, you can wear it any time of the year, regardless of the texture of the leather!

Cute bag. I would say yes for Spring but since I have other bags best used in summer this one would go into storage till fall - but than I don't even use dark colored bags either in the summer.

Thanks so much! I tried this bag on with a cream colored summer silk halter top, shorts and wedges and it looked really cute still however....... about to plunge on a LV azur so perhaps the MK bag will be a back-up bag now.. hehe

I carry suede whenever, and black bags in the summer, and it's winter, and I used a light green bag last week, just whatever, whenever. Think about those old rules, silly. I guess I'd save white or straw for summer, but off white, always ok..just my opinion of course.... BTW, love your new bag

This is a gorgeous bag, did you get a great deal? Sometimes they have MK at my Marshall's but haven't checked in a while.

Personally, I wear what I want, when I want. Gorgeous bag for a steal...I LOVE IT!!!
