I sent my Courtenay in to be repaired and they were unable to repair it. They sent me a letter saying I would get 40% off. Can I use this at the outlet or just FP?

It should say in the letter. I bet you could use it at the outlet but why would you want to? This is a rare opportunity. You could wait until there was something you really loved.

ETA: what was wrong with your Courtenay?

The only thing I've seen I like lately is the hawk feather tote. I was thinking about waiting till the SAS to use it.

The edging came off of my Courtenay. The only reason I think of for this is I carried it alot last year when I had knee surgery. It was the only bag I could use comfortably while on crutches. I think maybe the crutches rubbed against it?
