What would you choose and why

1) 3 Cartier Love Bracelet in Rose, White & Yellow Gold
or
2) Tiffany Tennis Bracelet

and why?

I am rebuilding my jewellery collection from scratch (last year our home was broken into and lost everything:crybaby: )
So far i have a J12 watch in black with rose gold & diamond indicators, 2 tiffany shared setting rings in Platinum & the bvlgari ceramic & rose gold ring ~ i need something to tie my gold & platinum pieces together and need some guidance and who better to turn to than you gals TIA xx

I would say it depends on your lifestyle and dress sense... i.e. would you wear a tennis bracelet every day? For example I know I wouldn't right now because I don't think it would suit the environment I'm currently working in nor my dressing habits - I'm very casual during the day and my workload is such that I don't go to many evening events right now where I would get very dressed up. But in a few years I know my circumstances will change and I will be back in more corporate environment. So it depends on what fits your lifestyle, cause they are 2 very different pieces in my opinion. KWIM?

Between which Love to go for, I vote RG to go with your current jewellery but the best thing would be to try them on and see what looks good on your skin tone!

Happy shopping :smile1:

Oh no Ms. M, I am SO sorry to hear that about your home being burglarized.

The EXACT same thing happened to our home this past summer and every single piece of jewelry/watch I own was taken. I have also been slowly rebuilding my jewelry/watch collection and it has been painful to repurchase items I adored a second time. Not easy coughing up 5k for a watch you owned free and clear before some animal stole it! :censor:

The first thing I purchased after the robbery was a white gold Cartier Love Bracelet with 4 diamonds, because it was something that I had wanted for years. I absolutely adore it and it makes me happy every time I look at it.

I would go with whatever piece you were lusting after prior to losing all your jewelry and go for that item. Btw, how do you like your Bvlgari ceramin/rg ring? I have been on the fence about purchasing that beauty, but each time I tried it on I felt it was a bit thick. Is it comfortable to wear throughout the day? Such a gorgeous ring!!

Your collection is off to an amazing start!!!

I'm scared of being robbed, where were you guys storing your pieces that they were so easily found?
I'm SO sorry

I wear a tennis bracelet everyday - love it.
Do you want bling or no?
Seems to be the only real deciding factor.

What about the Love bracelet w/ diamonds?

OMG that's awful! So sorry that happened to you - I'm paranoid about being broken into too, did you have a safe or alarm? - have just been talking to insurance and am thinking of getting a safety deposit box for my tennis bracelet and things I don't wear a ton...

I couldn't decide between those two they both sound perfect!

thansk ladies for your replies ~ my lifestyle and wardrobe are casual, i was actually thinking of purchasing the 3 love bracelets that way no matter what i wear it will all tie in ??? then i thought for that amount of $$$ i could purchase a tennis bracelet...:confused1: i always manage to confuse myself!

Bently1 ~ i cant even talk about it, a year later and it brings me to tears ~ of all the jewels i had my late mother gifted me a gorgeous bracelat and 3 gold (very thin) bangles that belonged to my late sister ~ not much $$ value but to me the are more precious than anything else and no amount of money can replace them ~ i choke as i type.

The Bvlgari ring is gorgeous, i wear it on my rh middle finger and i have had no problem with it being to heavy or thick ~ quite a statement piece in terms of a no bling ring!

Swanky Mama of Three ~ It really is quite silly on my behalf but you know i never thought it would happen to us and without sounding snobby ~ we live in a safe & one of the better suburbs in our city (or so i thought)...so i thought we were safe ~ not anymore!!!
Im not sure really in terms of bling everyday or not...was hoping opinions & pics may help

Thanks again for your help and welcome more thoughts...i might pop into both boutiques and try them on and see how i go

I'm VERY, VERY casual. VERY, lol! And I wear my tennis bracelet everyday, it's staple to me like my diamond studs and wedding ring.

I also live in a "safe" suburb . . . thieves are smart, they're going to go where they know no one is expecting it and where the women probably have good stuff

Definitely go and fondle/try them on. You may not immediately which way to go.

now why do i have troubles believing you..lol ??? i have been lurking on here for a while and dont post much ~ admired some serious bling and your E ring seems to pop into mind when i say that!!!

On a serious note do you all think 3 cartier love bracelets is a little ott?

I love my tennis bracelet and wear it almost everyday with my white gold love bracelets.

What about a non tiffany tennis bracelet, there are so many beautiful ones...I don't think I would pay tiffany prices. That way you could get 1 or 2 love bracelets and a tennis bracelet.

I am so sorry for your theft/loss. My vote would be for the tennis bracelet.

Several years back we were moving from my condo into a house my husband (then fiance) and I had just bought. We actually owned both for quite some time so i wasn't really moving everything at once. I had my husbands soon to be diamond wedding band, in it's box between a bunch of folded up jeans on a shelf, in a very large and very full walk in closet. We had movers come and they were to move the bed out of the Master bedroom. Mind you my mom was there sort of coordinating the move.
It was weeks later I noticed a cup of change I had in my closet was lower than it had been. After a few minutes of pondering I searched around and found the ring box tossed up on the top shelf. Empty. It's unbelievable that that guy was only in there for a few minutes, of which some of, my mom was probably feet away, and yet he found something that was "hidden" in between a bunch of folded up pants.
Luckily the police department actually followed through and found his ring a week later at a pawn shop.
Since then I don't "hide" my jewelry. I keep important unworn pieces in my husbands VERY large gun safe. It's 6 foot tall and several hundred lbs...I don't think anyones going to be caring it away.

So sorry about your sentimental items being stolen. Your J12 with rose gold would look awesome with the rose gold love bracelet. I agree with twinkle, could you find a less expensive tennis bracelet and buy the love bracelet. I know when I buy jewelery I always have a lot on my wish list. I always wanted a gold rolex and than I called one day for a price check and maybe if I was a movie star I could get one. I tend to try to get a bit of everything. I love looking at a good collection.

Depends on whether you prefer bangle or bracelet. I find bangles annoying especially when you are using the computer. Therefore my vote for tennis bracelet.

LOL! No, I promise! I'm all about the jewelry, but truly a super casual person.

3 are OTT for me, what get what is right for you :D
I'd love one, one will be plenty as I'm not as comfortable in bangles as I am more fluid bracelets.
