So i bought a coach purse at the Canada One Factory outlet this weekend, and it was full price with only 20% off from my coupon. The store manager told me the price may be reduced on that style the next week, but I live sort of far and it's hard for me to get back, so I bought the purse. I was wondering if they do reduce the price later, can I go back and ask for the difference of money back?

Thanks

^ yes in all of my experience they make u return and rebuy, they don't do price adjustments. probly if u know a SA well or if they're super nice but who knows

In my outlets in Orlando, as long as the price reduction happened within 14 days of your purchase, they will adjust the price.

Just be sure you take the purse back with you. They won't do a price adjustment with just the receipt. The tags need to still be on as well. It is pretty much a return/rebuy thing.

Nope, urban legend. I have the email from Coach corporate that states ANY bag, with receipt, tags on OR off, w/in 14 days, bag w/ you, for price adjustment.

Hope that helps.

This is the policy in Michigan too. You have to take the bag into the store and these stores mostly require the tags to be attached. But I think it really depends on the SA and who is working if the tags need to be attached. According to SHELLINDC's e-mail from Coach, maybe that is why there is variation on the "tag attached" rule. (But at least have the tag with you if you have taken it off). They are not suppose to do it with just a receipt. If the price drops after 14 days, you can return the bag and repurchase at the lower price "ONLY IF" there is another one just like it still in the store.

It actually depends on the outlet. I also emailed coach corporate a while ago and they told me different information than they did to shellindc. I wasn't able to get my adjustment

hey i go to the canada factory outlet too (the one in niagra falls right?)

the exact same situation happened to me on my sabrina, the one in niagra falls is really nice about it

basically i went back (its a far drive for me too), with the reciept and tags attached, they did a price adjustment (the SA just refunds and resells at the lower price) and thats it!

even if you don't have the tags, you can still do a price adjustment but its within a certain amount of days (like 14 days or something like that)

this is the number to the niagra falls coach outlet: 905 353 9782 (it'll probably be long distance) ... haha i have the coach number in my address book

depends on the outlet and the managers...you should CALL first before you go...and make sure to ask for a manager, get the OK, and get the name of the person you were talking to so if you do go and they refuse, you have a valid communication record

they might also be able to pull your receipt up to the front so the workers are expecting you and will issue the refund
