I have this bag a long time ago and use it a lot without care. I have seen this damage for sometime, but I don’t know what I did to it.

Anyone know what I could do to fix this? I asked my CA she said nothing can be done.

I post this on my phone so not sure how big the photo is.

:(
It doesn't look good. I assume it's not the kind of stain that can be wiped off with a baby-wipe, but the kind when the upper coating of the leather is damaged. Was it alcohol?
I fear that the CA is right, and it cannot be treated on just one spot again to be like new :(

It doesn’t wipe off with wipe. Honestly, I didn’t even know when it happened so I don’t even know what could have done that to it. It’s only visible on some angles anyway. I will just accept that it can’t be fixed and keep enjoying wearing her. Thank you

I’m careless with my Epi pieces too, but with Epi I’m noticing no fixing after deep scratchs or stains. One of my vintage Epi have deep scratch but I enjoy her just the same, no one notices but me....

Same here. It’s barely visible, I can see it only in particle angle as well. I enjoy carrying her like always, also plan to add a bandeau to make it a bit dressier hehe
