Can I find an gold Evelyne pm without an adjustable strap in an Hermes store?

I dislike the adjustable strap and I really do not want to buy off of ebay because I am scared of getting duped. Is there a possibility of finding this version of the Evelyne or is it obsolete? I am looking for it in the clemence leather too.

Yes, it is possible. I just bought a Curry PM (no adjustible strap/no front pocket) Evelyne in Clemence. It was $1950 usd.

Elizshop, Another alternative is to buy one with the adjustable strap and have it custom shortened to exactly the length you want.
That's what I did with my Gris Tourterelle Evelyne, because I wanted the strap to be on the long side, and I didn't want the adjustable hardware.
I'm thrilled with it!

The Evelyne III's have the adjustable strap. The original PM (like mine) and PM II come with non-adjustable straps. Here's a pic of mine...

My boutique sent it Hermes in New York (to the famous Claude, I believe).
There was no charge for shortening it.
