I can't imagine anyone would notice or see this teeny mark had you not enlarged it 1000x. I'd keep.
Because i already spotted this, it bother me when i close or open bag
this is my first Chanel so I was a bit disappointed

You could try and get an exchange/return with the reseller or have them send you the receipt/proof of purchase and then have chanel change the hardware (you‘re probably going to have to pay for that)
If they don‘t have the receipt they could try and ask the store they purchased from for a copy.

I would return it back to the seller. Someone mentioned that this is a teeny mark that you enlarge it 1000X. I don't think it is a teeny mark at all. It is a huge flaw to me. Your first Chanel should be perfect and you should never settle for less. I think the bag can have flaws at other places, but never on the cc. If it bugs you when you see it every time, you should not keep the bag.

I totally agree. It’s a big flaw. It looks like an air bubble. I really would not be happy with it. It’s small but it’s on a very noticeable part of the bag. With a flaw on a bag, I always ask myself, if I were to sell the bag (even if I have no intention of doing so) is the flaw obvious enough that I would need to disclose it to potential buyers? If the answer is yes, then I would definitely return.
IMO this is a big deal. I would return to the reseller. I would not bother having it fixed as it would be way too much hassle and time lost. This cosmetic flaw should have been disclosed. Return to reseller and get your refund .
Oh and when you get your refund buy directly from a Chanel Boutique. By doing that you will be able to inspect the bag in person and if an exchange is needed you will have the papers from Chanel showing authenticity
I don't think you can fix the metal part of the hardware like this too. You can't buff out a bubble on the metal part. Plus, the WOC is common enough, there is always pre-loved classic WOC everywhere. You will find one in perfect condition soon.
