Can I exchange online orders at old navy stores?

Hi ladies, i'm not sure if this was previously asked but nothing came up when searched the forum.

I know old navy accepts returns for online orders to their stores but does anyone know for sure if I can exchange an item I purchased online to their stores for the same price I paid online?

yes, you can. just bring your receipt that was in with the online order.

they actually have a new policy now where they issue you a refund for your online order first then you have to buy whatever item you wanted exchanged. stupid and needlessly complicated, i know.

do you know if they would give it to me as the same price as i paid online because i bought the items last week when they had the friends & family discount and also i dont think this item is not on sale in stores but it is on sale online. thanks.
