Hi all,
I've been a long stalker of the forum but never have much to write about because I have little personal experience with Hermes handbags. I completely understand authentication follows certain protocol, so I am not really asking for that here. Anyway, I apologize in advance if I am not posting this properly--

I have been watching this bag on Fashionphile (which I've read is a reputable reseller) and I'm ready to pull the trigger. Only trouble is, Fashionphile doesn't list a date on it, and none of the photos match up to pics I've seen of date codes.

Would anyone mind taking a look and letting me know if there is a way to tell the date? Or is this some kind of red flag for authenticity?

The date code is shown in the photo on the inside wall of the bag, for several years now the date code has been located inside vs on the strap. I hope that helps.

A is the date stamp
In fact, the entire stamp is listed on the DETAILS tab of the listing as the Designer ID#
Thank you! This is what I was wondering. I was confused by it having both the A and T, since I had researched that both letters were recent date code letters. Then the seller had listed dates in the description on other bags but not this one. Mystery solved!

In a situation such as this you should ask the seller directly.
The manner in which the seller responds to your request should help you form an opinion of the seller.

@PJW5813 YESSSSS. This x9999. I always try to speak with the seller of anything I purchase and/or see their other items for sale/having sold and try to get a feel from their interactions (if visible) with other buyers. It's amazing what a few sentences will tell you about someone.
