I agree with Gabz regarding the bracelet on the left. This is what the original bracelet looks like -

You can browse all the charms available from Tiffany here. It looks like the owner has just selected some heart charms and had them added to the bracelet.

I'm not sure about the bracelet on the right with all the little hearts on it.

One on left is Return to Tiffany heart charm toggle bracelet with extra charms (RTT Heart Lock, RTT Midnight, and RTT Enamel heart charms), one all the way to the right is Return to Tiffany mini hearts bracelet (which I think they just discontinued).
