Can anyone recommend a surgeon for paranasal implants?

I am located in United States and looking to get paranasal implants but I can not find any surgeons. Can anyone recommend a good doctor I can go to for the surgery? It doesn't necessarily have to be in the United States

Hey! Did you ever find a reliable place to get paranasal implants/midface augmentation? My nose is legit sunken in and it makes my mouth look protruding, in other words, I need the midface augmentation not for naslobial folds, but for my sunken midface, so I’m seriously considering the surgery.

These implants (silicone) have a high rate for displacement. Best is a dermal fat graft, from your own body. I had a dermal fat graft to my upper lip after removing a silicone implant (due to complications). I understand this post is for the paranasal implant, but these locations are problematic due to movement from talking, eating and other facial expressions. So, I personally would agree to never do a silicone implant.

If ever you're in Singapore, you can check out Dr Karen Sng. I've consulted with her to get an implant for my flat nose, and she recommended implants using cartilage grafts or fillers if I feel I'm not yet ready for a more permanent fix.
