Was wondering if anyone can Id Whitneys friends polka dot top?

the top is from twelve by twelve (you access it by going to forever21.com and clicking the twelve by twelve link to the right hand side). Once on the TBT site you click TOPS and its called the dotted tie front sweater. its not shown in black and white but once you click on it you have the option of changing the color..select your size and purchase!
