I loved this shirt/dress (?) that Whitney was wearing in the last episode of The City. Unfortunatelly this is the only picture I seem to find. Any ideas on who is it by? TIA

Hmm, I'm sure I know this one, I remember it from somewhere! Ill rack my brains and if I find it, I will post back.
What comes to mind is 3.1 Phillip Lim, I checked out the current collection on NAP, and nothing. I also checked out a few collections on style.com, and didn't see it/the same print, however you may want to consider looking through his collections on style.com more comprehensively
