Anyone can id these 4 pairs of shoes please? All worn by Katie Holmes.
The third pair look like the chanels to me, because chanel did the capped toe.

ya chanel has A LOT of capped toe shoes out right now but i didnt see those on the website when i looked
these look like hand made belgian shoes....I think there is a boutique in NYC....maybe someone has more info, but they are made to order.....My mother used to get them made and wore them in the early 90s.
I thought those were Belgium Shoes too, but the toe is longer on the Belgium Shoes, although the sole is styled the same.

Oh they do look like Paciotti style. Hope I'll be able to find them. Yes, the Belgian shoes look similar but they are not the same imo. And I cannot find chanel flats similar to these, so i need more suggestions please :/
