Can anyone ID Taylor Jaconson's Red Plaid Shirt (Rachel Zoe Project)

This has been haunting me since the day I saw it. Does anyone know who makes this shirt and where I can get it? I am actually losing sleep over this LOL!

Taylor's illusive red plaid top - I love it too! It's the Stella McCartney Check Top. Unfortunately it came out in 2006 so it might be hard to find now.
